TYLER CATES

Tyler Cates is a bail bondsman and investigator, who rekindled his love of writing when he enrolled at Blue Ridge Community & Technical College at the tender age of 38. Drawing on his experiences in the criminal justice field and his love of hard-boiled mysteries, he has written his first novel, “Dead Man’s Breath”.

In addition to writing and chasing down fugitives, Tyler spent 25 years as a professional wrestler, is a diehard fan of everything related to the University of Tennessee, and loves good food, music, movies, and books. He resides in Charles Town, West Virginia with his wife, daughter, and their Aussie, Chance.
